Quality management is rigorously implemented at rff, developed further with the latest amendments to standards and adapted to current market developments. We therefore have all the important approvals and certifications that you expect from a qualified partner in the supplier sector for pipes, pipe connections and equipment.
We offer our customers:
- Professional supplier management of our upstream suppliers. All suppliers are subjected to a strict approval procedure.
- Regularly assessed hauliers and administrators to allow us to guarantee impeccable service in the delivery process too.
- An intensive check of incoming goods with additional chemical analyses to guarantee that the products meet the high requirements of customers and the product specifications.
- A process result assessed according to the latest standard, i.e. rff not only manages the process, it also analyses the result achieved in order to constantly optimise the handling processes with our customers.
- Qualified employees who are regularly trained in forthcoming technical developments in order for them to be an expert point of contact for the customer at all times.
- An environmental management certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001that underlines rff's claim to constantly improve itself whilst continually taking the environment into consideration.
