rff receives Employer of the Future distinction

DIND award ceremony in Essen

The subject of “future-oriented work” is an important one at our company. This makes us all the happier that our claim to always be more than a reliable employer to our colleagues has been acknowledged with the “Employer of the Future” seal of approval. rff was assessed and rewarded for its approach within the scope of a survey conducted by the German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND).

The evaluation of the documents submitted from the areas of company management, digitalisation, sustainability and attractiveness of working conditions led to the outcome that we can now refer to ourselves as “Employer of the Future”. This is a distinction we are proud of, as it shows that rff is both a company with modern management and an attractive employer. The award was presented by patron Dr. Annette Zypris at an event held in Essen at the beginning of September.

“rff places great value on a modern working environment, characterised by appreciative and friendly interaction. As a medium-sized company, we represent a modern leadership style and flat hierarchies. In combination with a clear strategy with regard to digitalisation, sustainability and a future-oriented work approach, this resulted in us receiving the distinction “Employer of the Future” from the DIND. This award confirms our actions and gives us even more motivation to work towards the successful future of the company,” declare managing directors Michael Allexi and Jörg Delveaux in unison.
